Optimus Hive is a product suite of AI Transitioning. Optimus Hive is a task mining, process mining and transformation-planning suite that shows how work is done and plans its move to AI agents.
Opus, Favus and Via are the three products of Optimus Hive, and each one answers a different question about the work.

Opus is task mining software that records applications, websites and time on Windows desktops, so you know what each task involves. Opus maps task processes and their costs, so you can decide which work to standardize, automate or hand to AI agents.
Favus is process mining software that turns system event logs into process maps, so you see how end-to-end processes run. Favus shows variants, cycle times and deviations from the main path.
Via is transformation planning software that plans, prices and tracks the move of work to AI agents. Via models human and AI-agent roles per task, so you decide with a business case.
Optimus Hive is a product suite for planning the move of work to AI agents on evidence. The three products follow one method: see how the work is done, map the process, then plan the move.
Opus (task mining) records how people work on Windows desktops. Favus (process mining) maps end-to-end processes from system event logs.
